Your skip might have been removed because the hire period has expired (usually 14 days). It could also be due to issues with your permit or expired hire. If you need more information, please feel free to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific disposal regulations. However, if you need to dispose of a mattress, just let us know when you book your skip, and we can arrange a separate collection.
To ensure the safe transport of your skip, please avoid overloading it. The waste should be level with the top of the skip and should not extend beyond the sides. If the skip is overloaded, we may not be able to collect it and extra charges could apply.
Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in standard skips due to environmental regulations. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, please let us know at the time of booking, and we can arrange a special collection for you.
You don’t need to be home for the delivery or collection of your skip, as long as we have clear access to the location. You can provide specific instructions when you book the skip, and we will do our best to follow them.
For maximum efficiency, load heavier items at the bottom of the skip and lighter, bulkier items on top. This way, you make the best use of the space in your skip and ensure it's properly balanced for transport.
